Tracking payments & adjusting hours in the Provider Portal

Adjust the hours of care if they changed at your booking for up to 24 hours after care is provided in your Provider Portal.

Here's how:

  1. Click "Completed Bookings"
  2. Then select the booking you need to adjust hours for
  3. click "View details"
  4. click "Adjust hours worked"

You can track payments for past bookings in Completed Bookings. Helpr initiates payments within 2 business days and payment should land in your account  1-2 business day from when they’re sent.
