What is the provider approval process?

Our provider approval process takes 1 business day for most cases. We will email you regarding your provider's approval and if approved, we'll also email your provider to get them set up. 

We check providers for the following qualifications:

• Providers must be 16 years of age or older.  
• A provider can not be uploaded multiple times by the same client. 
• The provider cannot be a tutor, teacher or daycare or adult care center.

*We do not run any social media or background checks. Any safety and quality screenings should be run directly by the family. We can give you a few pointers on resources to run screenings if you email us hello@helpr-app.com
