How do I set up a provider account?

Create an account with Helpr to track bookings and adjust hours.

Creating an account or resetting a password MUST be done on a computer. Once your account is created, it can be accessed on a mobile device. 

Here are step by step by step instructions for setting up your Provider Portal

  1. Select Register.
  2. Enter your email address so we can verify your account
  3. Go to your email to open the verification and continue registration.
  4. Create a password for your account.
    1. Passwords must have 8 characters or more in length, at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, one number & one special character.
