How do I set up a provider account?
Create an account with Helpr to track bookings and adjust hours.
- Here is the link to register for the Provider Portal if you're a first time provider.
- Here is the link to log in to the Provider Portal if you're a returning provider.
Creating an account or resetting a password MUST be done on a computer. Once your account is created, it can be accessed on a mobile device.
Here are step by step by step instructions for setting up your Provider Portal
- Select Register.
- Enter your email address so we can verify your account
- Go to your email to open the verification and continue registration.
- Create a password for your account.
- Passwords must have 8 characters or more in length, at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, one number & one special character.
