What is the cancellation policy for uploaded providers?

We do not charge a cancellation fee, regardless of when the booking is cancelled. Any cancellation policy should be negotiated between you and your provider. 

We do not deduct the hours from a canceled booking from the employee's benefit package so after you cancel, the hours will go right back into your account. You may need to refresh your app after canceling to see the change in your hours. Your remaining benefit hours can be viewed by selecting "Profile" in the app. 

To cancel a booking, go to the 'Bookings' tab in the app, and select the visit you would like to cancel. An alert will be sent to your provider.
