How and when will I get paid through Helpr?

*All bookings must be scheduled through the app by the client and accepted via email by the provider to receive payment from Helpr.

How are providers' paid?

Helpr pays providers' via direct deposit through the payment platform Stripe. Providers' link a debit card or a bank account where the money will be routed. 

Helpr sends a guide with instructions for setting up with a Stripe payment account to the provider as part of the approval process. A copy of what is sent to providers' is also sent to clients. 

When are providers' paid?

Payment for each accepted Helpr booking is sent within 2 business days of the end of the booking and will then land in the provider's account within another 2 business days. 

Just the first payment takes up to 7 business days to process, but once you’re set up, send an email to hello@helpr-app.com and we’ll process your first penny to verify your account. That way, when you start work, you can be paid quickly.
