Who can I upload as a provider?

Your benefit can be used with,

• Friends, relatives, neighbors and providers that your family feels fully comfortable with. (Helpr will not screen your uploaded providers).
• Multiple employees can upload the same provider.
• You can upload as many providers as you'd like. There is no limit to how many providers you can upload. 

You cannot use your benefit with,

• A coparent or spouse cannot be uploaded.
• Providers must be 16 years of age or older.
• Care providers that you already use on a consistent basis, who you will use more than your total benefit hours with during the year are not eligible for upload for this backup care benefit. 
• Tutors, coaches or teachers are not eligible for upload.
• Daycare center and adult care center providers are also ineligible.

If your provider doesn’t qualify, you can submit a different provider. We'll let you know by email within one business day of uploading if they're approved or not. Provider profiles are not public - only the user who has uploaded the provider can see their provider's profile and book with them though your provider is welcome to apply to work with us as a Network sitter! They can apply here!
