How and when is my provider paid?

Who pays my provider(s)?

• We will take care of all payments to your provider, please do not pay them directly. 

How are my provider(s) paid?

• Providers will set up an account with Helpr and will use our payment system through Stripe. 
• Helpr pays providers via direct deposit to a bank account or debit card (depending on the provider's preference) through the payment platform Stripe. 
• We'll email your provider instructions for getting set up and we're also available to work with them directly to get them set up via phone call or video chat if that is preferred.

When will my provider(s) be paid?

• Payment for each accepted Helpr booking is sent within 2 business days of the end of the booking and will then land in your provider's account within another 2 business days. 
  • The first payment takes up to 7 business days to process but we’ll process their first penny to verify their account upon set up. That way, when they start work, they can be paid quickly.
